Where’s The Outrage

Everyone should read Dr. Errington Thompson’s book, WHERE’S THE OUTRAGE….and continue to stay focused on the outrages that he talks about and DO something about it. I will have more to say on certain subjects soon and look forward to all of your comments.

Mavericks 1 Heat 0

so, what happened?  The Miami Heat came out of the box so fast and so… perfect, I thought the Dallas Mavericks were in trouble.  The Mavericks struggle for the first part of the second quarter and then something happened.  Defense.  Something to Dallas Mavericks been showing flashes of all year.  By the end of the first half, it was clear to me that this was going to be an interesting basketball game.  I have no watch the fourth quarter twice and I’m still not sure how the Mavericks won by 10.  All I know is — I will be glued to my TV the next time the Dallas Mavericks play the Miami Heat.

GO Mavericks!

Where’s the Outrage? 6/10/06

Tomorrow’s show will be a good one.  We celebrate the music of Billy Preston who died this week.

We will discuss this week’s news in her opening segment called Lets Rewind.  We will intentionally avoid discussing anything about Ann Coulter.  Homeland security cuts funding for both Washington, DC and New York.  Finally, some good news from Iraq.

We’ll discuss the failure of the repeal of the estate tax with Aviva Aron-Dine who is with the Center for Budget and Policy Priorities.

José Schiffino will be with us from the organization Killer Coke.  They are laying some serious allegations against the Coca-Cola Corporation in their practices in Colombia.

Join us this Saturday at 9 a.m. on 880 the revolution.
