  1. Is this productive or counter-productive? Everything that was mentioned as true. Bush and Cheney should be held accountable.

I believe that there is a time and place for everything. This isn’t the time for this. Currently the time to get organized. We must raise funds. We must get candidates who can run and win. We must elect thoughtful progressive candidates. Once we have the House and Senate then let’s talk about impeachment. Let’s then talk about the re-deployment of troops out of Iraq and into Afghanistan, Eastern Africa and Indonesia.

The good news as I see it is that the Democratic Party is losing its mousy quality. We’re starting to stand up to the Republicans and to the White House. And that is something to smile about. :-)

  2. Indeed! Challenging the Republicans and not apologizing for being challenging are features that we need to praise in our representatives. Call them and leave that message.

I don’t know why we always try to be so darn nice. :) They aren’t. They aren’t even legal.

  3. If a progressive did not win the NC primary, then they will not be ballot in November. Too late for this year to organize for that, if you have not already.

I will be working on a NC House campaign and impeachment and a dozen other peace and social justice issues. I think you will find you have more time to work on your issues if you refrain from knocking what other people are doing and get busy.

Who’s NC campaign are you working on?

I am working for Doug Jones, running for NC House. I will help Susan Fisher also if she needs it. I dont’ have time to list all the things I do on top of my two jobs, but I do a lot.

  4. Dancewater - Everyone here is working hard in his or her own way to try to get the boat moving in the right direction. That’s wasn’t the question. the question and I think that it is worth asking…where should we put or efforts? Where is the best bang for our buck? I don’t pretend to have all of the answers. i do think that we should ask the question.

You are to be commended for all of your hard work.
