Blogger gets roughed up by George Allen’s goons

Mark Stark of Calling on Wingnuts was trying to ask George Allen a question.  Yeah, Mark is kinda in your face but Allen is his senator.  He does have a right to ask a question.  The Allen camp was having none of it.

    I’ve seen the video and this is flat-out assault. The mainstream media coverage labelled Stark “a protester”, and that paints a picture of some heckling nutbag needing to be silenced to preserve the peace. This was more like some mob-boss and his goons passing through a casino and roughing up some guy who had failed to show proper deference.

    Pathetic that a race for the U.S. Senate has devolved in its closing days, to issues of physical assault, sex-scenes in novels, macaca-calling and other such “important” issues.

    Makes you real proud of the country, doesn’t it?
