It is pretty interesting how the music business goes. Christina was fighting for recognition while Britney got all of the beautiful press just a couple of years ago. Christina is now being noticed for her fabulous voice. She seems to have the one thing that is extremely hard to find in pop music - staying power. Britney, on the other hand, need no mention.

What more needs to be said. Yes, there is a ton of political news to talk about. The House voted to limit the War. The president talked tough but I’m not going to deal with any of that tonight. Now, the greatest funk band of all time - Parliament.
I keep wondering if nothing was done wrong then why is the White House fighting this so hard? Tony Snow almost bit the head off of Harry Smith on the morning show. The problem with Tony Snow (one of his problems) is that he wrote and spoke extensively about Clinton using executive privilege. He condemned it. Now, it is okay, why? When Harry Smith has Tony Snow cornered Tony plays his one card left, he accused Harry Smith of being partisan.

An Article in today’s NYT stated that Robert Gates and Condi pointed out the problems with Gitmo while Alberto, President Bush and of course, the Vice President argued to keep Gitmo exactly with way that it is.
Center for American Progress has a way to close Gitmo and restore American creditability.
