Countdown - Nexus of terror and fear

Keith Olbermann is in some weird studio. Anyway, he did a report on the nexus of fear and terror 6 or 8 months ago. Because of the latest terror plot which under the light of day isn’t holding water either, he reviewed the 13 terror alerts and seem to be associated with bad news for the White House. Therefore the terror alert will do 2 things it will squash any other news that is coming out that day and it will cause the American public to be less critical of the White House.
What I have found out that Republicans love to put fear into the minds of people. My mom who is a diehard Bush supporter. Keeps telling people “They want to kill us” I always ask why? Maybe if we talked with them to find out why we can dispell whatever they hate. I would hate people who came into my country and forced the issues we are trying to force on the middle east.

I would ask your mother if they really are trying to kill us then why hasn’t the Bush administration taken care their #1 spokesperson - Bin Laden? Why did the government disband the CIA’s Bin Laden unit if they were soooo dangerous. If they are so deadly then why did the US pull thousands of troops that were looking for Bin Laden away from that task?
The problem is the Bush Administration wants it both ways. They want you to believe that Al Qaeda is the most important danger to ever face the US AND that the danger was pretty much contained after the 2 months battle for Afghanistan. It can’t be both.
