Where's the Outrage?

Watch this video.  Our nation problem comes into focus.  Every kid in this classroom has been around drugs.  We have to offer our child a better way.

Now, please someone explain the applause.  The officer mentioned that we are the #1 country in the world at doing drugs (unclear where he gets his data.  I’m not going to argue.)  We’re #1 and kids applaud?  That’s a problem.
