Boehner on FISA and Dems

Well, if I asked you to tell me what Republican John Boehner would say about the Democratic leadership and the FISA revision, I bet you could outline his talking points. He would say that the Dems are trying to hurt America. The Dems have no interest in national security. All they want to do is spend your money. Naturally, he says almost that exact nonsense.
When I heard about this yesterday, I asked the question why are we playing with the FISA laws again? The Republican Congress just amended the law in March 2006.
