Wynton Marsalis - Bourbon Street Parade

Wynton Marsalis. Maybe the most versatile trumpeter of all-time. He can play anything. Main stream Jazz. Bop. Hard Bop. BeBop. Classical. Some say that he doesn’t play with enough heart and feeling in his soul. Horse-Hockey.
His name belongs to be spoken with the Jazz greats. If for no other reason than he is our unofficial Jazz ambassador. He has been trying to spread the gospel of Jazz.
When he clarifies why he’s a Republican, and why he never hires female musicians, I will gladly give his music another listen.
I’m thinking if you grew up in NOLA, you saw a different Democratic party than the rest of the country sees. The Dems in La. display a nauseating amount of corruption (See Rep. Jefferson). Maybe that’s why.
