World Series - Game 1

I’m sorry I was busy working and missed most of game one. I have reviewed the box score and 13 - 1 the Boston Red Sox stomped the Colorado Rockies. 3 runs in the first inning. This one was never close.
I’m very surprised. Colorado was on this winning streak. They weren’t supposed to be fluke. 13 - 1 ain’t a fluke either.
Pittsburgh was outscored 55-27 in the 1960 World Series by the Yankees but still won the Series. They got whomped in the games they lost and just got by in the games they won. But it was enough.
So you never know.
You are right. it is still early.
Plenty of baseball to go.
