    Tim Russert has never allowed a Republican to speak that long on any issue, let alone one in which a Senator’s judgement is clearly in question.

    I’m not sure that your sweeping statement is true. John McCain has been on MTP and has spoken at length on a number of issues. Mike McConnell spoke at length on a number of issues recently. Colin Powell went on and on without interruption.

    I’m not sure that your premise is correct. Now, I would say that Tim has some people that he likes and others that he doesn’t. If he doesn’t like you, you will be sunk, like Governor Bill Richardson. Russert beat him up badly.
