NBA Slam Dunk

I guess it is a sign that you are in fact old when the NBA slam dunk competition does nothing for you. I thought it was more of the same. Now, when 5 ft 8 in Spud Webb was skying with the big boys, that was something. When Michael Jordan and Dominique Wilkins were going head to head, that was something. Damn, I’m old.
I know what you mean & why you mean it. I’m 57. For 50 cents (50s - 60s admission to Yankee Stadium’s bleachers), I watched Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris hit home runs. Maybe this means we’re old. That’s alright. Now fans have Bonds syringe jokes and Clemens’ sorrowful testimony. I think it means we got the better deal.
