- Frank Luntz for being a racist, sexist moron
- Roger Clements for continuing to lie about his steroid usage
- Bush Administration wins the gold with Mike McConnell and Michael Mukasey for writing the very predictable scare letter to Congress saying that we are missing valuable intelligence.
