Don Siegelman’s story

I think that 60 minutes did a good job telling this part of the Don Siegelman’s story.
Here’s my question for you, if they can do this to an ex-governor what chance do you and I have?

In what way doesn’t the 2nd trial of Gov. Siegelman violate the prohibition against double jeopardy?
They drummed up new charges. They wouldn’t recycle the same old stuff. I don’t think that they violated Double jeopardy but I do think that they violated everything else in the book.
Thanks for your comments.
