The British forces were telling them they were pulling out for over a year. The Americans weren't suppose to help them out. Let the Iraqi's beat themselves up we need to go home. Bush and Cheney will blame this all on Iran still trying to convince people we need to bomb them. But I see it as the Shiites tribes in fighting they have been doing for over a thousand years.
