What is McCain Trying to do?

Senator John McCain asks if Al Qaeda in Iraq is a major problem. Interestingly, McCain further asked if Al Qaeda is a minor sect of Shiites. The fact is, Al Qaeda is a Sunni sect. This isn’t the first misstatement that McCain has made.
Which is shorter, McCain’s temper or his memory?
The 3am call he will be drilled to say ” Bomb Iran” no matter what the question. Have you noticed he only remembers things correctly if they happened along time ago. He doesn’t have any short term memory.
