McCain: bringing troops home, not important

John McCain is a piece of work. How can bringing troops home not be a top priority for either party?

  1. Nobody asks him how he is going to pay for the continuos occupation, If it isn’t put into the regular budget there is no money for this war…. Let alone to take care of the veterans when they get home. He is going to give 5000 per child tax breaks to help the lower and middle class. However, if you don’t pay taxes because you don’t make that much how is it going to help those people with their everyday living expenses? How will it pay for their healthcare expenses if you don’t pay make enough to get a tax credit if you don’t pay that much in taxes. Again it is the richer people who will benefit. I wish he had brought up the GI bill McCain opposes.

  2. It is great when John McCain shows America his true colors.

    Thanks for your comments.

  3. Okay so this morning the military has just stated they are going to continue the stop loss program and expand it even further. NOT ENOUGH TROOPS…. There are already 11,000 being held hostage. How can McCain not be asked these important questions about his wanting to stay in Iraq? He doesn’t want to intice any new people to join by offering an education after ser ving. He would rather hold them hostage. If he gets elected then i hope they pass the draft and then i would be fair to everyone…. There was an article in yesterdays paper stating that 2/3 of the troops on base that were not PHYSICALLY able to deploy got sent anyways….. One of the military moms I know told me that her son is a black hawk pilot and had been in for 10 years and he deliberately refused to be trained on the new helicopters to hopefully keep from being stop lossed past his retirement date in September. He is listed as excess not able to fly the new helicopters. But they can keep him in for anything his unit is to deploy in october….this would be his 3rd tour and wants out….
