Is this commercial out of bounds? Personally, I think not. I think that this is a great commercial. Republicans are crying foul.
MoveOn keep doing what you are doing. (BTW, what you doing about this FISA compromise?)
I’m not entirely sure why I’m wasting my time on this… but although it is not out-of-bounds… it isn’t very persuasive nor is it even rational.
EVEN IF John McCain meant exactly what he said (which of course, nobody takes as a literal statement) he wouldn’t FORCE her cute little kid to go there anyway. The kid will have the freedom to choose to join the military just like any other kid.
This is an example of liberals USING FEAR to win elections. Sound familiar?
Very few voters make up their minds based on rational thought. Voting is an irrational act for most Americans.
