I agree 100%. Hell, I’m happily married and I don’t agree with my wife 100% of the time. I will not agree with Obama either 100% of the time.

Encompassed–

True, Obama is a legislator–but he is running to be the President. Does that make things different at all? I’m not sure–I’m just proposing the question.

I hope Senator Dodd and Senator Feingold can succeed with their filibuster.

Regardless, I think an Obama Presidency would go a long ways to restoring the Constitution–even if this piece of legislation doesn’t.

We are never going to agree with someone all of the time. I agree that liberals have been let us down rather frequency over the pass couple of years.

I have supported Obama for some time now, but if he votes for this dangerous, unnecessary, and unAmerican legislation, that can change. Taking liberals for granted is foolish when we can vote Green, vote Nader, or leave the top of the ballot blank.

I am so sick and tired of being betrayed by Democrats. This legislation is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstances.

Nah, this doesn’t restore the Constitution,but the opposite; like Alter said, Obama’s a legislator, so why he’s acting like a judge deciding that telcoms are innocent from crime.
