If there was going to be some sort of national test for President - military service, previous government experience then our forefathers would have put in in the constitution. If we truly want some test then we should put it in the constitution. Now, every individual should make up his or her own mind what kind of test that they think is important. Gulianni tried to be president just because he was the mayor of NY, when 9/11 occurred but I don't remember anyone coming out and pointing that out. People just figured it out in the primary. I hope the voters can see through this one too. I am signing the letter move0n.org had going around to send it to Gen Clark thanking him for speaking the truth.
