McCain Accepts Nomination

I’ll have much more to say about this as the day unfolds. This week I’ve been on-call, which doesn’t give me a lot of time to listen to politics or read about politics.

    Anybody needing evidence global warming is causing bizarre weather patterns should watch McCain’s acceptance speech. You will see an actual blizzard– a complete “white-out” in Minneapolis…in early September! I think it was the first time I was actually relieved when they cut to a commercial; Until then, I thought the color had gone gone out on my TV. I thought “Man, this is bleak…I’m not even getting black and white reception!”
