Biden And Palin Discuss Energy

Now energy was supposed to be Governor Sarah Palin’s strong suit. She was supposed to knock this one out of the park! It didn’t happen. She simply has neither the ability nor the knowledge to overwhelm an opponent on any given topic…even this proclaimed strong suit of hers.
Some of the early polling is coming in. Senator Joe Biden not only won the debate but won it handily, particularly in the minds of the ever-important independent voters. In a way, I feel sorry for Palin. She is touting some out-dated ideas. The country has moved on from tax breaks for the rich. So should she.
Palin did give a “shout out” during the debate…I think she is pretty hip.

Folksy ain’t the same as hip. Chris Rock is hip. MJB is hip. Sarah Palin couldn’t find hip with map and a flashlight. Sarah Palin is folksy.

After all the hype about her possibly disastrous showing, Palin did well just by not tripping over her podium.
