Cowboys still look awful
You have to work hard in the NFL to look as bad as the Cowboys have over the last four weeks. The Cowboys won their first three games this season. It is hard to absorb the fact that the Cowboys fans can look back at the opening game against the Cleveland Browns as the highlight of the season!
For the second game in a row, the Dallas Cowboys’ defense has looked pretty good. They did give up several long runs to Brandon Jacobs, but they were able to create some turnovers. Eli Manning had only 147 yards passing.
Dallas Cowboys’ offensive line continues to be awful. There are several other words that could be used — abysmal, disgusting, putrid…laughable. They are so bad, one has to wonder how they’re actually getting paid as professionals. Although Brad Johnson played like a 60-year-old quarterback, it seemed as if he was being hit from the time he arrived at the football stadium. Marion Barber continued to run hard,despite of the fact that there were no holes.
After a 35-14 whipping, the Dallas Cowboys find themselves in the basement of the NFC East. If they are going to salvage their season, they must fix their offensive line.
