Rahm on Governmental change

Here is a slice of an interview with Rahm Emanuel, now having been chosen as Obama’s Chief of Staff. I would like to call your attention to a particular statement which I believe speaks volumes. He said something concerning how it is not being big government verses small government. Rather, it is about more effective government. This is what I have been screaming for over three years!
