		<description>There was a speaker on NPR yesterday that was trying to defend tax cuts already in place. He stated that when you give the wealthy people more money they will spend it. That they get bored with the things they have and have bought everything they need and need investments to help offset the tax burden. If the investments make money then they can&#039;t write it off. If it makes money then their taxes would increase. So it is a gamble but it creates jobs. They are the class that determines what should succeed and what shouldn&#039;t.  
 After all they have made it so they must know more than we do.  But how can you have good morals like the republicans claim when you are destroying other people in the process. I want things to trickle up for awhile.</description>
