		<description>The states would get to set what was covered and what wasn&#039;t.... each individual state has its own standards. Utah cuts back on what they will allow medicaid and medicare to cover. We lose mega federal funds but they don&#039;t care. So this Co-Op would be the same way. Each Individual budget cuts would slash and burn. We have people who have maxed out their allowable coverage and they make too much to qualify for medicaid and are forced to go on welfare just to get the extended treatment.</description>
