		<description>The home estimate may be a bit high.&#160; That would be loan payments, property taxes, and insurance on about a $180,000, 30-year mortgage at 7-ish%.&#160; I&#039;ve usually seen the recommendation that housing should be about 25% of income.

However, the difference would be maybe $5,000, so the point remains.

By the way, the Max Tax doesn&#039;t include deductibles and co-pays. </description>
