Congress is his obstacle not the other country leaders. Bush was " You are either with us or against us" not a peace maker in my opinion. There is not one world leader who, in this past year, has done more in the interest of promoting peace than Barack Obama. This is such a departure from the previous administration, and a lot of damage control is being done by Obama to rectify that. The world needs peace-starters to step up and Obama has done that. His effort on this alone makes him deserving of the Nobel Peace Prize. Hannity is completely out of touch.
