I lived in Shreveport back in the late 80′s through the late 90′s. There is diversity. All of the Blacks are over here and all of the Whites are over there.

He is not only a moron; he is a racist. Somehow the fact that he is JP in Louisiana does not surprise me. It is this innuendo of subliminal racism that needs to be addressed. It is viral in its nature. He should be unbenched.
