He simply did not want ot be a part of it. And as a judge he has that right. He did not deny them the chance to get married,he just simply refused to be the one to perform the marraige. Any other judge could perform the marraige,and ofcourse the couple was married by someone else. This shouldnt be a big deal and this guy should not be in trouble. One of the great things about this country is freedom of speech and expression. If he doesnt agree with what theyre doing,it is his right to not participate! but ofcourse all the morons wanna pull the race card,and say hes a racist!
