This will probably have to be done state-by-state, using petitions to place an initiative on the ballot in each. </description>

Unions and corporations are not citizens.

Only citizens who are qualified to vote for a candidate should be able to donate.

For example, if you live in District 3, you can vote for and donate to a District 3 candidate. But you should not be able to vote for or donate to a District 1, 2 or 4 candidate.

If a corporate exec or union boss likes a candidate, let them spend their OWN money on a candidate that they are legally qualified to vote for.

Fat cats in California and New York should not be able to buy elections in Wisconsin and Kansas. </description>
