No matter how many times someone will say it doesn't there will be no convincing some that it does not do just that. Instead of voting NO for the whole package. Why don't they vote yes and then write an amendment to fix the part they don't like. Then they can argue about abortion instead of helping people get healthcare. This bill can be tweaked and improved or corrected. But you have to have something to start with. The congressmen just love being in the news and on tv.
